Upside Down World - an online magazine covering activism and politics in Latin America – features an interview by Dr Webber and Susan Spronk of the University of Ottowa, with young Venezuelan militant Rosangela Orozco. Known as ‘La Chiqui’, Orozco is a member of the Alexis Lives Foundation, which self-defines as Marxist-Leninist. She is a leading organiser in the Gran Polo Patriótico, a group that 'aims to bring together diverse social movement militants and political party activists who support the revolutionary process' but are not necessarily comfortable with the rigid organization of the ruling United Socialist Party of Venezuela.
