Professor Tim Bale gave a telephone interview about EU budget negotiations and the UK Prime Minister David Cameron's position of seeking to satisfy lawmakers in his Conservative Party. Prof Bale suggested that the Prime Minister is likely to come away empty-handed or "worst facing allegations that he’s actually given something away.”
