Peter Oborne is the Chief Political Commentator of the Daily Telegraph and the author of "The Rise of Political Lying" and "The Triumph of the Political Class". He will deliver a speech on the topic and take questions from the floor. The event will be chaired by Professor Jeremy Jennings, the Head of the School of Politics and International Relations. The event is FREE for members of QMBLCS and New Turn and costs £3 for non-members.
There will be a drinks reception before and after the event, with free unlimited drinks for everyone.
